Return And Refund Policy

All sale items purchased with discount will be a final sale so we regret that they are non-returnable/ non-exchangeable.

During a sale period, we can only change/modify your order within 24 hours after placing it. Please choose the style and size carefully prior to checkout.

Returns and Refund

Since your order is custom printed just for you, we aren’t responsible for refunds and exchanges due to incorrect fit issues. However, please rest assured that your satisfaction is our first priority. For any defective products, please let us know via our e-mail address for better support. If your item meets one of the following conditions, please contact us first so that we can find a solution to retify:

  • Design error: wrong design compared to information provided on our site or of customer’s customization.
  • Bad quality: blurry image/print.
  • Damage during shipment.

Please contact us within 20 days since you get your items and provide us necessary information:

  • Your order/invoice ID
  • Photo whole of the affected product
  • Shipping label's picture

We will issue a refund (partial/full) or a replacement if your request has been accepted.

Please note that the return shipping fee will be paid by the customer. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received the returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund within 14 working days of the refund being processed, please let us know so that we can check our payment portal.

  3. When you submit a purchase, the risk of order loss is transferred from our store to you/your party once your order is delivered to the carrier. You will bear all related liabilities and risks during the third-party transportation of your order.
  4. We shall not take any liabilities for any loss or shipment delivery failure due to: recipient’s unavailability, incorrect or insufficient addresses, or package refusal Therefore, kindly ensure your information is correct before checking out.
